When a property is selected then negotiations begin for the purchase. Once the purchase is agreed the legal work can begin. We can recommend firms of solicitors with whom we have excellent relationships to take on this work, if required.

Property finance will be arranged to purchase the property. The loan facilities will either assist with the purchase or mitigate tax or maybe a combination of the two. Loans will be negotiated with specialist banks at the most competitive rates and terms available. These banks fully understand and are appreciative of the needs and status of the offshore borrower. We will help at every stage of the loan application and advise you on all the legal requirements. We will also assist you with the presentation of your financial information etc which all banks require to cover their credit underwriting and due diligence.
