CASE 1
An American client asked us to find him and his wife a central London flat, provide advice on how to structure the property purchase and arrange a loan to assist with the purchase.  The property would be used for their occupation when they were in London.
On behalf of the the client we identified, negotiated a price with the vendor and then purchased a beautiful two bedroom flat with a large drawing-room close to Kensington High Street.   We introduced the client to a firm of solicitors who handled the legal side of the transaction.  We arranged the loan with an offshore bank who are experienced dealing with offshore/foreign clients wishing to buy property in the UK. Needless to say, the property was bought in the most tax efficient way possible!

CASE 2
A European client asked us to purchase and finance a flat in Belgravia.  The client had taken tax advice separately and an offshore company was already in place to make the acquisition.  After viewing several different properties a stunning one bedroom flat was purchased in the best part of Belgravia.  We arranged an offshore 'interest only' loan to assist with the purchase and at the lowest interest rate quoted in the offshore banking market.
